Don't be discouraged if you don't like that engine, they are worth a try. Looking back it wasnt that bad considering you could make actions to prevent deaths/reverse them.

I hate the idea of fighting females (they will kick your ass too), but they are are very well made RPGmaker games. 1 Trying to find a ryona game that involved the protagonist isekai-ing into a ryon game.
